>Are you a factory or a glasses brand?
We are a high quality factory with over 15 years experiences in producing, and we are focus on quality glasses manufacturing since the factory was build. We are targeting middle and high quality glasses market around the world. We have our own glasses brands as well.

>Why you have so many glasses in stock that can be delivery soon?
We have our own glasses brands, many of our customers run eyeglass chain stores and they need to replenish goods quickly. We produce spot goods for customers to reduce customers' inventory backlog of goods, reduce customers' financial pressure, and speed up the return of funds, and do a good job in market and brand 

>Why your factory has so many series?
A variety of products can enrich our product chain and allow our chain retailers to have more choices of high-quality products.

>Delivery time for RTS frames?
The frames will be shipped within 15 days if they have enough quantity in stock after receiving your payment.

>If I recieve the frames have quality problems,what will you deal with it?
Before ship the frames, we will do QC(Quality check) to make sure the frames that you received will not have quality problem. But if you do receive the frames have quality problems, I am apologize for it. We will ship the same frames for free to you.

>Can I put my own LOGO on the frames?
Yes sure, we are really willing to mark your LOGO on the frame, no matter if you want the logo on the temple or the lenses. But we will require a brand authorization to do it, otherwise, we cannot offer this service.

>Do I need to pay for LOGO printing?
If you are ordering RTS frames over 50 pairs, printing LOGO by laser will be free. But if you want to do your logo in other ways, please contact us.

>How can the LOGO be done? And how long does it take to make laser?
LOGO can be done by laser, oil print, sticker and so on, we are an experienced and quality factory, which means we will do our best to reach your requirements. The leading time for doing laser on the frames will depending on the quantity. Basically we need to schedule with Laser department, and we also need to test the effects, the fastest time will be 3 days.

>What is the MOQ for placing OEM/ODM order?
The MOQ for placing OEM/ODM order is 6 styles, and 300 pairs each styles. For more detail information, delivery time for example, please contact us.

>What's the process of placing ODM orders?
First, we will charge a intention money as designing fee. Our company will design the style according to your brand requirements and complete it within 15 days. At the same time of designing drawings, your company needs to authorize the brand trademark to our company. After determining the quantity and amount of styles, the intention money will be converted into the deposit for orders. If there is no final order, the design fee will not be refunded.

>Can I order samples when I want to place OEM/ODM order?
We will provide samples up to 2 pieces each style to our customers. Samples can be in raw frame or in IP. The leading time of providing samples is depending on the difficulty of the frame's structure. Handmade samples will be take 15 days to do.

>Is sample free to have?
Before the order is confirmed, if you want us to make a sample to see the effect, we will charge the sample fee. After the order is confirmed, the sample fee will be converted into the deposit for orders. If there is no final order, the sample fee
will not be refunded.
